We do not solicit health or medical information through our forms, and we are not a healthcare provider. If you choose to share health information voluntarily, we do not retain it as part of any health record.

We do not collect consumer health data as defined under the Washington My Health MY Data Act. If you believe we have inadvertently collected health information, contact us and we will delete it.

European Union Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or EEA and wish to exercise your rights under GDPR to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your personal data, contact privacy@redspokelabs.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Although RedSpoke is a US-based business with no EU establishment and no EU-specific marketing operations, we will comply with GDPR requests in good faith and take reasonable steps to honor your rights.

Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

If you are located in Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to access your personal information and to challenge its accuracy. To make a request, contact privacy@redspokelabs.com.

Data Retention

Children
