Website Terms & Conditions
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of redspokelabs.com (the “Site”) and all services and products offered through it. “RedSpoke,” “RedSpoke Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RedSpoke Labs, based in Washington state. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits, accesses, or purchases through the Site.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
What We Offer
Services and products available through this Site include individual coaching, group coaching and workshops, courses and other digital products, guides, worksheets, and free content. Specific offerings, formats, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Purchasing or downloading any product or resource through this Site — including courses, guides, worksheets, or other materials — does not establish a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship exists only when both parties have executed a coaching agreement.
Who Can Use This Site
You must be 18 or older to purchase services or create an account. Use of this Site for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Content Accuracy
Information on this Site — including descriptions of services, frameworks, and resources — is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change. We make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for any inaccuracy or omission.
Results described on this Site reflect individual experiences. We make no guarantees as to outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of what you learn.
Our Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by RedSpoke Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property law. This includes but is not limited to frameworks, methodologies, original copy, course materials, visual assets, and brand marks developed by RedSpoke Labs.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent. This applies whether the content is free or purchased. Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal from any service without refund, and may expose you to legal remedies including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal fees.
Purchasing or downloading a product gives you a personal, single-user, non-transferable license to use that material for your own individual purposes. It does not transfer ownership or grant rights to share, distribute, resell, or teach from the material.
Content on this Site may include third party materials such as testimonials, quoted research, or referenced works. These materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Reproducing or reusing third party content appearing on this Site without permission from the original rights holder is not authorized by these terms and is your responsibility to clear independently.
Content You Submit
When you submit information through this Site — via contact forms, intake forms, applications, or similar tools — you represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so doesn’t infringe any third party’s rights.
You retain full ownership of what you submit. We use what you share through these channels for operational purposes: responding to you, assessing product-fit, and administering your service. We will not use intake or contact submissions for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Some information you submit may be collected through third party tools and platforms — including forms, scheduling systems, and other services embedded in or linked from this Site. We use established platforms with published privacy policies. Information submitted through these tools is subject to the privacy policies and terms of those platforms in addition to these terms, and we are not responsible for the data practices of third party services.
Testimonials are handled separately. If you provide a testimonial, you’ll be asked to explicitly consent to its use and the specific form that use will take.
Content shared within a coaching relationship — including what’s said or exchanged in sessions — is governed by your coaching agreement, not by these terms.
Group Coaching and Workshops
Group coaching sessions and workshops involve multiple participants. Content shared in these settings is not confidential in the same way as 1:1 coaching. Other participants will be aware of your presence and may hear what you share. RedSpoke will not deliberately disclose participant information outside the session, but cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants.
All group settings are subject to conduct requirements and participation guidelines specific to that format. Please review these carefully before purchasing or registering, and make sure you’re comfortable with the conduct expectations and confidentiality parameters described above before joining.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
We don’t use AI to replace the thinking or judgment that goes into working with you directly. Where we deliberately use AI tools in the delivery of services — including transcription or note generation — we’ll let you know. AI tools and features may also be used in the research, preparation, and development of materials, courses, and other content. Many of the platforms and tools used to deliver services — scheduling, document creation, communication — now include AI features that are not optional or controllable on a per-user basis.
For 1:1 coaching clients: your coaching agreement addresses AI use specifically and gives you the option to opt out. That opt-out applies to your coaching engagement, not to platform-level features outside our control.
Digital Products
Purchases of digital products — including courses, downloads, and recorded content — are subject to the following:
All digital product sales are final. Due to the immediately accessible nature of our content, refunds are not available once purchase is complete, except as noted in individual product descriptions. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us at terms@redspokelabs.com and we’ll make it right. Any remedy offered in such cases is at the sole discretion of RedSpoke Labs.
Access windows and included content are specified at time of purchase. We reserve the right to update course content at any time without notification. Purchase of a previous version does not automatically entitle you to updated materials.
Purchasing a digital product does not establish a coaching relationship or entitle you to coaching support unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Refund terms vary by service type and are specified at the point of purchase. The following applies across all categories:
Free content: no purchase, no refund applicable.
Digital products: all sales are final except as noted in individual product descriptions. If a product is materially different from its description, contact terms@redspokelabs.com and we’ll make it right. Any remedy is at the sole discretion of RedSpoke Labs.
Group coaching and workshops: refund and cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking and vary by format.
1:1 coaching — individual sessions: refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided the session has not occurred and cancellation is received no less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Sessions are non-refundable after that window.
1:1 coaching — packages: package terms including refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are specified at the time of purchase and in your coaching agreement.
Where product-specific refund terms differ from this general policy, the terms stated at the time of purchase take precedence.
If you have a question about a specific purchase, contact terms@redspokelabs.com before the refund window closes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington state law, RedSpoke Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. If no purchase was made, our liability is limited to $50.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington state. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of King County, Washington. Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith mediation.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with any applicable coaching agreement or product-specific terms, constitute the full agreement between you and RedSpoke Labs regarding your use of this Site.
